During the inspection, one of the passengers exited the car and began to aggressively insult the police officers, ignoring calls to cease his actions. As a result, he was detained and taken to the local internal affairs office.
The detainee turned out to be 26-year-old S. A. (born in 1997). A report was drawn up against him under Article 126 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Minor Hooliganism." He was placed in a temporary detention cell, and narcologists confirmed that he had consumed alcoholic beverages.
The police remind citizens of the importance of maintaining public order and respecting the lawful demands of the police. It is also emphasized that operating a vehicle under the influence is a serious offense that poses a threat to the safety of others.
