She noted that as part of the festive event, the results of work in the social sphere were summarized, and the achievements of employees and the quality of services provided to the population were highlighted.
The Deputy Akim of the Jeti-Oguz District State Administration, Zhiparkul Bektemirova, reported that thanks to the effective work of the department, the poverty level in the district decreased from 15% to 11.3% from 2022 to 2025. She also emphasized the successful implementation of the "Social Contract" project, under which 811 agreements were signed with citizens from 2022 to 2025, contributing to the improvement of living conditions for families and the creation of new jobs.
In her speech, Z. Bektemirova wished success to social workers and presented honorary certificates and letters of gratitude. The district organization of elders, heads of ayil okmotu, and other partner organizations also prepared kind words and small gifts for the social workers.
"The department interacts with vulnerable groups of the population, including low-income families, the elderly, people with disabilities, orphans, and children of migrants, as well as families in difficult life situations," she added.
Currently, the department employs 45 specialists, among whom one has been awarded the title of "Excellence in Public Service," and nine are "Excellence in Social Service." The working conditions are improving every year, and in 2025, the ministry provided a service vehicle and several new computers for the employees," Zhaanbaeva noted.
