In Bishkek, the patrol police reported that fraudsters used artificial intelligence technologies to create a fake video featuring the head of the UPSM press service. In this video, he allegedly promotes a channel where one can earn money.
According to information from the UPSM, the perpetrators edited the fake video using recordings made during the management's visit to a nursing home.
“We strongly urge citizens not to fall for the tricks of fraudsters and not to spread false information. Be vigilant and verify sources. Official messages are published exclusively on verified information resources and the official channels of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic,” emphasized the UPSM.
