
Graduates of foreign universities have an advantage
The State National Security Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic is launching a recruitment for specialists in areas such as information technology, artificial intelligence, and model aircraft design.
The agency is looking for professionals in the following fields:
- information security;
- data analytics and processing;
- artificial intelligence and machine learning;
- network technologies;
- development of specialized software;
- system administration;
- cryptography and data protection;
- cloud and distributed systems;
- embedded systems;
- psychologists;
- cyberpsychology and behavioral analysis;
- model aircraft design (drone designers);
- specialists proficient in foreign languages (from 2 to 3 or more, both spoken and written, knowledge of rare languages is welcomed).
The main requirements include:
- age up to 30 years;
- qualification level Middle/Senior;
- physical health without deviations;
- higher education (preferably with at least 2 years of work experience, including participation in production projects);
- military ticket with a service mark or SMR;
- clean biography (no criminal record, including that of close relatives);
- willingness to work under strict confidentiality;
- preference is given to graduates from universities in Japan, the USA, China, South Korea, and Europe with good language skills.
“We are ready to train and develop those who wish to serve in the field of national security. Specialists in programming and artificial intelligence today play an important role in creating modern communication, intelligence, and management systems,” the agency notes.
In particular, this involves the development of:
- smart drones and autonomous platforms;
- cyber defense and interception systems;
- cryptographic systems and code creation;
- intelligent systems for data analysis and operational management.
The selection and service for such specialists will take into account their unique skills: we offer not only military service in national security but also alternative forms of service in technical units,” the statement added.
