The "111" service operates around the clock and accepts free calls from all corners of the country.
According to information provided by the Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic, approximately 200 calls are received daily on the children's hotline.
During the first nine months of 2025, the "Children's Hotline" Center registered 53,871 calls, averaging 1,897 calls daily and 5,985 monthly. Of this number, 2,095 inquiries were made for consultation or assistance: 869 (41.5%) of them were children, and 1,226 (58.5%) were adults.
Consultations and recommendations were provided for 1,498 inquiries, 421 individuals received psychological support, and 176 applications were forwarded to the relevant territorial authorities and institutions for further consideration.
Statistics by gender and age: among the calls, men accounted for 326 (15.6%), women for 900 (42.9%), boys for 245 (11.7%), and girls for 624 (29.8%).
The short number 111 is available 24/7 and provides free support to both children and adults in difficult life situations, accepting calls from across the country.
