“The high number of appeals indicates significant interest among citizens in issues of pension provision and social insurance. With the increase of information in the media and through official channels, public interest is also growing – people are eager to better understand their rights, the procedure for pension calculations, recalculations, and the use of GNPF funds. This is natural, as citizens are becoming more attentive to their pension savings, which underscores the importance of the Social Fund's work in informing and consulting citizens, as well as developing digital services,” the agency noted.
