
The Ministry of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies of Kyrgyzstan has announced the launch of two new services in the Tunduk mobile application. These features include online registration with a clinic and the ability to call a doctor to your home.
The main goal of these innovations is to simplify the process of interaction between citizens and medical institutions and reduce administrative barriers.
1. Online registration with a clinic
Now citizens can register with a clinic completely online, avoiding the need to physically visit the registration desk.
Instructions for using the service through Tunduk:
Launch the Tunduk app and go to the "My Health" section.
Select the "Online registration with a clinic" option.
Click the "Submit application" button.
Decide whether you want to register yourself or your child.
Enter your contact number and actual residential address.
Select a medical institution (CSM/COVP, GSV) from the provided list.
Confirm your consent to the processing of personal data and submit the application.
Important aspects:
- The application processing time is 3 working days.
- Refusal of registration is possible only if the limit on the number of registered citizens in the institution has been exceeded.
- You will receive a PUSH notification in Tunduk regarding the status of your application.
2. Online doctor home visit
The function for calling a doctor to your home is also available through the Tunduk app, allowing for a quick response to patient needs.
Instructions for calling a doctor through Tunduk:
Open the Tunduk app and go to the "My Health" section.
Select the "Online call for a medical worker to your home" option.
Click the "Submit application" button.
Select for whom the call is needed: for yourself or for a child. You can also view the history of calls.
Enter your contact number and actual residential address.
Specify the reason for the call and the desired date of the visit (no earlier than the next day) and submit the application.
Key details:
- The registration desk is required to process the application and assign a doctor within 1 working day.
- Refusal of service is possible only in the absence of available specialists or if the patient is outside the service area.
- You will receive a notification in Tunduk confirming the call with the specified date and time of the visit.
These digital services aim to improve the accessibility of medical care, especially for people with limited mobility and residents of remote regions. The innovations not only enhance the efficiency of medical workers but also strengthen trust in government digital platforms.
