According to the press service of Central Asia Capital, a memorandum for the establishment of the Central Asia Hub industrial park was signed with the Ministry of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies of Kyrgyzstan. The founder of the fund, Anton Sobin, stated that special tax incentives will be introduced within the hub. He noted that this will create conditions similar to "Skolkovo" for enterprises in the real sector of the economy, providing businesses from the CIS access to EAEU platforms and opportunities for international growth.

Sobin also emphasized that the high level of trust between the governments of EAEU countries ensures security for businesses. "Russian companies will be able to become residents or investors," he added.

The technopark, covering an area of 7 hectares, is being built in Tokmok. In addition to vehicle assembly, it is planned to launch production lines for medical X-ray equipment, robotic systems, and other high technologies.

The Muras plant, which has become the first resident of the hub, has already received investments from Central Asia Capital amounting to $30 million. The launch of large-scale assembly of Lada vehicles in Kyrgyzstan is scheduled for 2026, after which a transition to a full production cycle is planned by 2035.

In the first phase (2026-2030), the plant will assemble up to 1,500 vehicles per year. Then, from 2031 to 2035, an increase in production to 5,000 vehicles per year is planned, including an expansion of the model range. By 2035, the plant will reach a production level of over 7,000 vehicles per year.

As part of the new project, five Lada models (Granta, Vesta, Largus, Niva, Iskra) will be produced under the Muras brand in Tokmok, as well as commercial vehicles and special models for the medical and social sectors. The base price of the vehicle will be $10,400, with a possible reduction of 15% in the first three years thanks to support from Russia.

Anton Sobin also shared information about potential car supplies to Kazakhstan, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Romania, and Bulgaria. Kyrgyzstan intends to purchase 400 "Niva" and Lada Granta vehicles, while banks in Kazakhstan plan to acquire 1,000 commercial Lada Largus vehicles.
