According to information from the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region, on October 28, during monitoring of social networks, this video was discovered, showing riders participating in the game kok boru at night in the Panfilov district. Their actions posed a threat to the safety of both road traffic and pedestrians.
The fact was recorded by the Internal Affairs Department of the Panfilov district, and an investigation is currently underway.
Based on the results of the investigation, decisions will be made in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The police emphasized that holding the game kok boru on the roadway is strictly prohibited. This creates a risk for players and other road users and may lead to administrative or criminal liability. The game requires extensive space and the use of horses, so conducting it on roads is extremely dangerous," the agency noted.
