In case of repeated violations, their driver's licenses may be revoked for up to 6 months
In Manas, participants of a wedding convoy were fined 45,000 soms for violating traffic rules. This was reported by the Main Department of Road Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan.
The incident became known thanks to a video that appeared on social media, showing how the vehicles of the wedding convoy violated traffic regulations. Law enforcement officers were able to identify the drivers of the Hyundai Grandeur, Toyota Land Cruiser, and BMW X5, who were fined a total of 45,000 soms, and their cars were sent to the impound lot.
The Main Department of Road Safety also noted that in the event of repeated violations of traffic rules, drivers may lose their driving licenses for up to 6 months.
