This incident was recorded in the Department of Internal Affairs of the First May District, where a preliminary investigation is currently underway.
As a result of operational actions, employees of the Service for Combating Extremism and Illegal Migration of the Bishkek City Police Department and the Ministry of Internal Affairs identified and detained the following individuals: R.N., I.B., T.A., O.R., and B.K., all of whom were born in 2006.
As part of the pre-trial proceedings, a judicial linguistic examination has been appointed, the results of which will allow for an assessment of the actions of all participants in this incident from a legal perspective.
The Bishkek City Police Department emphasized that inciting hatred, tribalism, and any form of discrimination based on nationality or region is subject to criminal prosecution.
