During monitoring of the social network Instagram, an account was discovered that published materials contributing to interregional hostility. This incident falls under Article 330 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which pertains to inciting racial, ethnic, national, and religious enmity.
Experts were able to identify the suspect — he turned out to be T.I.K. The Lenin District Court ordered him to be held in custody in SIZO-1 until November 21.
