The agency established that these officials developed a scheme allowing the conversion of land plots into private ownership, primarily for the benefit of their relatives and affiliated individuals. This concerns plots located in Shamaldy-Say, as well as in the villages of Tendik, Chuyut-Sai, and Kyzyl-Alma in the Nooken district, which were part of Tash-Kumyr until 2024.
It is noted that the auctions for the sale of land were conducted fictitiously, with artificially low prices set, leading to significant financial losses for the mayor's office budget. Cases of illegal allocation of plots for commercial purposes in the water protection zone and sanitary protection strip along railway tracks were also identified.

Special operations by the SCNS on October 22 led to the detention of the Deputy Mayor of Tash-Kumyr K.N.A. and the Director of the Municipal Property Department K.U.A., who were placed in a detention center.
Currently, investigative authorities continue their actions aimed at establishing the possible involvement of other public servants in this corruption scheme.
