Natalia Gennadyevna Denisienko, a patient of the Jayil Psychoneurological Boarding School, was found dead.

This information was confirmed by the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui Region. On October 23, the director of the psychoneurological social inpatient facility, A.B., reported to the Internal Affairs Department of the Jayil District that a first-group disabled patient, born on April 27, 1979, and residing in the village of Indom, had gone missing around 12:45.

A forensic investigative team was dispatched to the scene. It was established that there are 250 patients with various illnesses in the boarding school. Due to ongoing construction work, severely ill patients were temporarily accommodated on the third floor. Around 12:30, during a walk around the premises, the staff noticed Denisienko's absence.

On October 26, during search operations, police officers discovered the body of a woman in a ditch located to the west of the village of Indom, approximately three kilometers from the facility.

Upon external examination, no bodily injuries were found. The body was transported to the morgue of the Jayil District, where a forensic medical expert preliminarily determined that the cause of death was drowning and hypothermia.

An investigation is currently ongoing, and forensic examinations have been appointed, after which a decision will be made in accordance with the applicable legal norms.
