According to the information received, minors were found in one of the establishments on Usenbaeva Street, consuming alcoholic beverages, as well as other visitors who were under the influence of drugs.
In this regard, the parents of the detained teenagers were called to the scene. After that, the minors were handed over to a children's affairs inspector from the investigative-operational group of the Sverdlovsk District Department of Internal Affairs.
The administration of the establishment was also held accountable for failing to comply with safety regulations and creating conditions conducive to offenses involving youth. The Sverdlovsk District Department of Internal Affairs continues to investigate this incident.
The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasized that such establishments can pose a danger to youth and contribute to the spread of prohibited substances.
