The Printing Industry in the City of Kara-Balta

Printing House of JSC "KGRK"

Founded in 1960, it served only the subdivisions of the mining and processing plant until 1990. After the privatization of JSC "KGRK," the printing house acquired the latest equipment, mastered the offset printing method, established the production of various high-quality products, and opened a printing services department in the city center. Recently, it has been producing newspapers for the Jayil District.

The printing house is headed by Zinaida Vladimirovna Trenina.

JSC "Kara-Balta Printing House"

The oldest printing house, opened in 1945, has linotype, typesetting, printing, binding, cutting, and stereotype departments, and serves three districts: Panfilov, Jayil, and Moscow.

Currently, it produces a wide range of blank products and the socio-political newspaper of the Panfilov District "Glory to Labor." A shop and café "Poligrafist" are also opened at the printing house, managed by Bagdagul Suerkulovna Ismanova.
