The title translates to "State Enterprise 'Buuaday Kara-Balta'."
For 40 years, starting from 1929, it was a small enterprise called "Zagotzerno" with only warehouses in its arsenal. Then, in 1969, several services were added, and the enterprise became the "Kalinin Realbase".
Only with the commissioning of a grain elevator with a capacity of 56 thousand tons in 1972 did the base transform into the "Kalinin Grain Products Plant," which was headed by Ivan Zakharovich Zakharov, who managed the enterprise for 15 years.
Over the years, the plant grew into a powerful enterprise with many auxiliary services and workshops, a residential area of 23 thousand square meters, a subsidiary farm, arable land for growing grain crops, a kindergarten for 180 children, and a health point. This is how the plant remains today, having gone through a five-year period of privatization.
The plant produces 12 types of products and has the CAPACITY to increase this number to 30. The production rates of the main types of products are stable, and the technical condition of the equipment is good. Grain storage is monitored through thermometry and is computerized. The elevator is equipped with machinery to separate various impurities from the grain. A powerful grain dryer can process grain of any moisture content.
The enterprise's operations are planned according to market conditions. For example, for several years now, services have been provided to residents for grain processing, the sown areas for grain crops are being maximally utilized and expanded, and the packaging line packages products in containers of various weights, although until recently, only wholesale sales in 50 kg bags were practiced.
To reduce production costs, the technological process on the feed production line has been improved.
For the second year, a mini-bakery for baking bread products has been operating on the plant's territory. More than 25 thousand loaves of first and second grade bread are produced monthly.
The enterprise has been led by Marov Yusur Gadirovich, Kuldaev Zhenish Seitkanovich, and Novikov Valery Viktorovich.
