The main goal of these activities was to carry out joint preventive and operational-search actions aimed at combating extremism and preventing the activities of banned groups.
As part of this work, SPEM employees held meetings with residents of various settlements. According to the agency, among those interviewed were M. R. (born in 1967), M. Sh. (born in 1968), S. K. (born in 1975), and Sh. N. (born in 1959), who were informed about the consequences of participating in extremist activities and decided not to support extremist ideology.
GUVD of Chuy Region emphasized that combating manifestations of extremism and preventing them remains one of the priority tasks of the law enforcement agencies in the region.
