According to the press service of the Ministry of Culture, the event will showcase a unique collection of 14 illustrations created by Palekh masters using traditional miniature techniques. Visitors will have the opportunity to view digital copies of these illustrations.
Palekh painting is known for its miniatures, executed in tempera on lacquered papier-mâché items.
The exhibition is organized by the Ivanovo region branch of RUSO and the Ivanovo Historical and Local Lore Museum.
Admission to the exhibition is free.
