This event will feature experts and representatives from strategic partners in the real estate sector from Kyrgyzstan. The main goal of the trip is to provide practical experience in interacting with the integrated urban model (All-in-One), which is a modern trend in urban planning and shapes the future of megacities around the world.

This event emphasizes RCA Living's commitment to international cooperation and experience sharing, as well as the creation of a new standard of urban living for Bishkek.
As part of the program, the delegation visited the office of ROX.

Studying successful examples of integrated All-in-One cities in Vietnam

Unlike traditional seminars and conferences, the FAMTRIP program organized by RCA Living is a practical journey that allows participants to immerse themselves in the atmosphere and better understand how the integrated urban model functions in real life.

While the first FAMTRIP program in June 2025 focused on presenting the "All-in-One" concept through various events, the second event features a broader scope and substantive content, providing a multi-level experience from familiarization with everyday culture to studying modern international urban planning practices.

Over five days and four nights, the delegation visited several outstanding urban projects in Vietnam that have become successful examples of the "city within a city" concept.

In Times City, participants learned about a modern urban development model that combines an underground shopping center, educational institutions, medical facilities, recreational areas, and residential neighborhoods, creating a closed internal transport system. Times City is presented as a mini-city that has pioneered the All-in-One concept in Vietnam, where residents can access all necessary services in a safe and comfortable environment.

At Vinhomes Ocean Park 1-2-3, the delegation examined one of the largest urban ecosystems in Vietnam, which includes the country's largest artificial sea, extensive green and water spaces, international schools, hospitals, and sports complexes. This project is considered a model of the new generation of All-in-One, where the values of life, community, and investment are harmoniously intertwined.

Goldmark City offered a unique experience through open art spaces and outdoor stages, creating a distinctive community identity.
The delegation also visited the residential complex Goldmark City.

Royal City, an architectural symbol of Europe in Hanoi, impressed with its harmony of design, infrastructure, and a high standard of living.

In addition to tours, delegates participated in professional sessions and discussions with experts from ROX Group focused on urban planning and operational management, which helped deepen their understanding of service management systems, resident services, the functioning of "smart cities," and sustainable solutions for the future.

These meetings became an important part of the program, allowing participants to better understand the structure of functioning All-in-One cities—from infrastructure design to strategies for developing urban communities, which is the foundation of RCA Living's concept in implementing the Royal Central Park project in Bishkek.

The CEO of Makler, Ms. Madina, reflecting on the trip, noted:

"Vietnam vividly demonstrates how the All-in-One model can serve as a foundation for sustainable urban development. Here, we see not just modern residential complexes, but we see the future of Bishkek. Vietnam has long applied the All-in-One model and confirmed that this is the right path where life, education, work, leisure, and investment come together as a whole. Royal Central Park is exactly the step that Bishkek needs to take to achieve a new level of sustainable development."

Integrated All-in-One cities – a look into the future of Bishkek

The FAMTRIP Bishkek – Hanoi 2025 program became not only an introductory event but also a concrete step towards implementing the integrated urban model in Bishkek.

Given the active urbanization of Kyrgyzstan, there is an increasing need for modern multifunctional and comprehensively planned urban spaces. According to Akchabar (2024), over the past two years, apartment prices in Bishkek have increased by more than 30%, while the supply of quality housing remains limited. The rapidly growing middle class creates demand for eco-friendly, comfortable, and multifunctional housing, which is what the All-in-One model offers.

Thus, the Royal Central Park project, as the first major All-in-One megaproject in the capital of Kyrgyzstan, is seen as an important milestone that opens a new standard of living for residents and investors in Central Asia. The project's concept is based on the philosophy of "City within the Garden," aimed at creating a civilized, sustainable, and eco-friendly community.

Royal Central Park includes over 24,000 apartments, retail spaces of 766,000 m², office buildings, multi-level shopping centers, a central park of 10 hectares, as well as a network of schools, medical facilities, and recreational areas. Over 70% of the area is allocated for green spaces, water bodies, and public zones, ensuring a balance between nature and modernity—a unique advantage for Bishkek.

Royal Central Park is the first multifunctional (All-in-One) megaproject in Bishkek.

Ms. Nguyen Phan Thuy Anh, Business Development Director of ROX Living Global, the managing company of the project, emphasized:

"Every city needs its symbol, which not only contributes to economic development but also reflects the scale and ambitions of its residents. Royal Central Park is not just a development project, but the embodiment of our vision of 'All-in-One for Bishkek'—an integrated city where people, nature, and values of life are in harmony."

Thus, the FAMTRIP program became a bridge between practical experience and the future, between international experience and local aspirations. From Hanoi, where the All-in-One model has already proven its effectiveness, to Bishkek, which is actively transforming, RCA Living is creating a strategic path for experience exchange that contributes to shaping the new face of cities in Central Asia.

A representative of ROX Living Global, Ms. Nguyen Phan Thuy Anh, added:

"With each familiarization trip, we strive for our international partners not only to study management mechanisms but also to feel the spirit of the city, where people are at the center of all development processes. This experience will become the foundation for forming the unique identity of Royal Central Park—a green, humane, and sustainable city of Bishkek."

The All-in-One model has already become a natural direction of development in countries with high rates of urbanization, such as Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, and Hanoi. RCA Living's initiative to implement this model in Kyrgyzstan not only opens a new level of life for its residents but also establishes Bishkek as one of the most dynamically developing cities in Central Asia, where each district becomes a space for interaction, creativity, and progress.
