The initiative is being carried out under an agreement between the government of Qatar through the Ministry of Donations and Islamic Affairs and the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health, a selection and medical examination of 64 children has been conducted, who will receive cochlear implants.
The Ministry noted that thanks to international cooperation and the exchange of experience, access to high-tech medical care for children with hearing problems in Kyrgyzstan is increasing.
