On November 13, 2025, an International Forum titled "Heavenly Mountains of Civilizations – 2050" will be held in Bishkek, organized by the I. Razakov Kyrgyz State Technical University. This event is supported by the National Institute of Strategic Initiatives under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The forum will gather participants from various organizations, including the Institute of Strategic Planning and Forecasting of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Assembly of the People of Kyrgyzstan, as well as the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Center for Euro-Asian Studies" (Russia) and the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "ROSKACHESTVO." The event is also timed to coincide with the World Science Day for Peace and Development and World Quality Day.
Within the framework of the forum, a foresight session on the topic "New Development Guidelines for Kyrgyzstan - Vectors for Improving the Quality of Life" and an international conference "High Quality Food Products and Nutrition - The Foundation of Health and Longevity" will be held.
Among the participants of the forum, leading scientists and experts from Russia, Belarus, and Kyrgyzstan are expected, including Professor Tatyana Savenkova from the G.V. Plekhanov Russian Economic University (Russia), General Director of the Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Alexey Melechenya, and Professor Mikhail Fedorov from I. Razakov KSTU, as well as specialists in food technology and organic production.
Discussions will focus on three key areas: "Bakery and Confectionery Products: Focus on Quality and Standards" (Russia), "Scientific and Technological Solutions for Safe and Healthy Nutrition" (Belarus), and "Production of Organic Food Products Considering National Traditions" (Kyrgyzstan).
At the conclusion of the forum, proposals for the implementation of the National Development Program of Kyrgyzstan for the period up to 2030 and the Doctrine "National Spirit – Global Heights" are planned to be developed.
The main task of the forum is to form new guidelines for the socio-economic development of the country in the context of strategic documents effective until 2040, as well as to strengthen cooperation between scientific, educational, and business circles within Greater Eurasia.
Key issues on the agenda will include forecasting socio-economic processes and risks of digital transformation, improving public governance and quality of life, as well as discussing the spiritual and cultural foundations of development.
The theme of the forum covers a wide range of issues, including the role of science and education in the development of civilizations, the expansion of green energy, as well as improving public governance and the concept of noosphere development.
The "Heavenly Mountains of Civilizations – 2050" forum promises to be an important platform for expert discussions and the generation of ideas aimed at sustainable development for both Kyrgyzstan and the entire Eurasian space.
