During the event, meetings were held with the management of the Istanbul Stock Exchange, where the future prospects for joint cooperation were discussed. As a result of these negotiations, the Istanbul Stock Exchange increased its stake in the capital of the KSE, highlighting the strengthening of trust and strategic partnership between the financial institutions of the two countries.
Additionally, the parties agreed to develop cooperation in the precious metals market and discussed aspects of collaboration in gold trading, including the possibility of signing a joint roadmap.
The WFE Assembly is an annual event that gathers the largest stock exchanges in the world, uniting over 250 representatives from 90 countries.
Kyrgyzstan was represented at this event by Talantbek Omuraliyev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the KSE, and Aida Chodulova, Acting President of the Exchange.
