During the media meeting, RCA Living revealed the latest information about Royal Central Park — the first all-in-one megaproject in Bishkek. The organizers discussed the construction progress, key licensing stages, and the Essence subzone, which is set to launch in the fourth quarter of 2025.

This event provided a unique opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the vision, scale, and significance that Royal Central Park brings to society.

Royal Central Park gradually unveils the splendor of a modern city, where architecture becomes art

The project is developing according to a unique model characteristic of Bishkek, focusing on the early completion of transport infrastructure and landscaping to create the image of a modern green megaproject from the very beginning.

Transport infrastructure: 80% of the road network completed.

Central Park: 40% readiness, including water landscapes, the main square, a stage with a musical fountain, and pedestrian alleys.

The official opening of Central Park is scheduled for May 26, 2025, and will be an important milestone for the project.

Construction plan for 2026

Construction of the towers will begin in early 2026 and will cover an area of about 4 hectares.

Modern construction technologies will be employed to ensure high quality and adherence to project timelines.

Royal Central Park became the first project in Bishkek to receive permission for the construction of 35-story buildings under special technical conditions

On October 31, 2025, the Urban Planning Department of the Ministry of Construction approved the urban planning conclusion for the first phase of the Royal Central Park project. This phase includes the construction of five high-rise residential buildings of 35 stories each.

The State Institute of Seismic Construction and Engineering Design issued special technical conditions for structural solutions applicable to buildings up to 35 stories high.

Thus, Royal Central Park became the first project in Bishkek to receive approved special technical conditions and an agreed urban planning plan allowing the construction of buildings up to 35 stories high, fully compliant with all current regulations of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Royal Central Park represents the first metropolis in Central Asia that reflects the unique identity of Kyrgyzstan, using water as the main idea of the project, which no other all-in-one city has achieved.

This project acts as a work of art that tells a story and as a modern "green" city that recreates cultural and historical heritage, setting a new standard for sustainable living for future generations.

Royal Central Park will become an eternal symbol connecting the past and the future — a new global urban masterpiece.

ESSENCE — a space where culture merges with life

Like the edelweiss flower that blooms only on snowy peaks, Essence symbolizes unique and eternal beauty flourishing amidst majestic nature. Inspired by cultural heritage and the pursuit of heights, it embodies purity, strength, and unwavering elegance.

With limitless views of the Tian Shan mountains and architecture based on six iconic European landscape motifs, this district is conceived as a symphony of heritage, modernity, and nature, harmoniously intertwined into one eternal work of art.

Essence consists of five Y-shaped towers reflecting the philosophy of Royal Central Park — "An Urban Masterpiece in Harmony with Nature."

The unique architectural form creates a comfortable microclimate throughout the complex, while the optimal placement of buildings and facade design minimizes the impact of heat and sunlight on the interiors.

However, Essence is not just an architectural achievement. It expresses the inner spirit of the entire project: the embodiment of traditional culture, inspiration for a modern lifestyle, and enhancement of the long-term value of sustainable real estate.

Every detail of the architectural ensemble serves as a link between heritage and modernity, creating a harmonious space oriented towards the future at a global level.

An impressive 71% of the complex's territory is allocated for green spaces, water features, and public infrastructure, embodying the philosophy of a "city in a garden" — an ideal green megacity where nature and humanity coexist in harmony.

Royal Central Park represents the pinnacle of comfort, safety, and refined urban existence, offering the perfect blend of conditions for living, working, and leisure — a new standard of prestige and elegance in Central Asia.

The project is aimed at discerning residents who value the long-term benefits of a sustainable lifestyle and seek real estate with high growth potential. Royal Central Park is becoming a new symbol of prosperity in the heart of Bishkek.

The Royal Central Park project is designed to accommodate 59,239 people and occupies a total area of 54.47 hectares. The built-up area is 109,808 m², and the total area of all floors reaches 2,093,070 m², including 1,807,152 m² of residential space. The first three floors of the residential buildings will occupy 285,918 m² allocated for social facilities, while 80,000 m² is designated for commercial spaces.

Located in the new central district of Bishkek, Royal Central Park is a landmark project integrating modern urban lifestyle with culture and heritage. The complex offers panoramic views of the Tian Shan mountains, and the territory fosters connectivity, prosperity, and sustainable growth for the city.

Multilevel education system — a place where knowledge is born and dreams come true

Royal Central Park plans to implement a multilevel education system that meets the highest standards and requirements at both national and international levels. The educational environment is built on a human-centered approach, where the student is at the center of the learning process, and academic excellence is combined with creativity and physical activity, ensuring comprehensive development.

Three schools equipped with modern classrooms and open spaces for sports and socializing will be built within Royal Central Park, forming an open educational ecosystem where each school day becomes an inspiring journey of discovery.

Networking of multidisciplinary medical clinics — supporting the health and well-being of the community

A network of specialized clinics and comprehensive medical services will provide residents with access to quality support for physical and psychological health. From routine check-ups to specialized treatments, the system aims for comprehensive care for individuals and improving overall quality of life.

Class A office towers for leading corporations

Royal Central Park includes two Class A office towers specifically designed for leading business communities. These spaces create ideal conditions for housing the headquarters of major companies, offering a modern, inspiring, and prestigious environment for effective business activities.

Multifunctional infrastructure for recreation and entertainment

An international trade center, a five-star hotel, a gym, a spa complex, yoga studios, and an infinity pool — every detail is designed to enhance the quality of life for residents, offering a full, dynamic, and luxurious lifestyle every day.

Artistic architecture reflecting heroic history and eternal pride

Across the globe, various modern urban projects provide sustainable property value, yet few achieve the status of a truly outstanding symbol like Royal Central Park.

This project serves as a link between the past and the present, paying tribute to the heroic history of Kyrgyzstan while simultaneously setting new standards for an eco-friendly, creative, and vibrant life for future generations.

Royal Central Park vividly reflects the culture and history of Kyrgyzstan through its iconic architectural landscapes: Namas Square, the Heritage of Nomads Lake, the Silk Road Courtyard — an imprint of the Great Silk Road in the heart of the city, the Nomad's Hearth — a place where warmth and unity are born, the Pavilion Garden, the Grove of Serenity, the public park, the urban event and entertainment zone, the Flower Cascade — a quiet stream of flowers, the Light Bridge — an inspiring symbol of connection, the Vitality Fields — a multifunctional sports park, and the Creative Park — a space that awakens children's imagination.

All these elements come together to form a unified work of art that tells the story of a heroic past and creates a modern and sustainable urban environment for future generations.
