The city administration is actively discussing the project with Chinese manufacturers
Mayor of Bishkek Aibek Junushaliev recently made a working trip to Chande, China, where he familiarized himself with the production processes at the CRRC Electric plant, which manufactures electric buses. This was reported by the press service of the city administration.
The purpose of the visit was to study advanced technologies in the field of eco-friendly public transport and to analyze the prospects for implementing electric transport in Bishkek.
In addition, the agenda includes the possibility of creating a similar plant in Bishkek. As part of the visit, negotiations are planned with representatives of the Chinese enterprise to discuss potential cooperation and the development of the capital's transport infrastructure.
