Discussions have begun in Bishkek regarding the construction of a plant for the production of electric buses. This was reported by the press service of the city hall.
The mayor of the capital, Aibek Junushaliev, is on a working visit to the Chinese city of Chande.
During his visit, he toured the CRRC Electric plant, which specializes in the production of electric buses.
This visit aims to study advanced technologies in the field of environmentally friendly public transport, as well as to discuss opportunities for cooperation to improve Bishkek's transport infrastructure.
The city hall also noted that meetings with representatives of the plant are planned as part of the visit to discuss the implementation of electric transport in the capital.
