According to the resolution of the Central Election Commission, representatives of the following organizations and countries have been accredited as observers:
- Central Election Commission of Bulgaria;
- Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation;
- Central Election Commission of the Republic of Belarus;
- National Election Commission of Egypt;
- Organization of Islamic Cooperation;
- Embassy of the People's Republic of China;
- Embassy of the USA;
- Embassy of Japan;
- Embassy of Hungary;
- Embassy of the United Kingdom;
- Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights of the OSCE;
- CIS Observer Mission;
- Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic-speaking States;
- Parliamentary Assembly of the OSCE;
- Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the CIS;
- Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
As of today, the total number of accredited international observers for the elections is 297 people.
