Furthermore, a memorandum was signed during the event between the candidates participating in the early elections scheduled for November 30, 2025.
The draw took place with the participation of candidates, their trusted representatives, journalists, as well as representatives of public and international organizations monitoring the elections.
The CEC emphasized that this process is conducted after the completion of candidate registration and before the approval of the ballot text.
