The Central Election Commission will hold a draw to determine the order of candidates' inclusion on the ballot.

The Central Election Commission (CEC) has scheduled a lottery on November 8 to determine the order of inclusion of registered candidates in the ballots for the upcoming elections of deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh. The lottery will cover 30 electoral districts, and free airtime will also be allocated on state television channels and print space in state publications.

On the same day, it is planned to sign a memorandum by registered candidates in the multi-mandate electoral district for participation in the early elections, which are set for November 30, 2025.

In connection with this procedure, special representatives of the CEC, together with the chairpersons of the district election commissions and local self-government bodies, will conduct a series of events, including:

— ensuring the conduct of the lottery with the necessary premises and technical equipment, in accordance with part 3 of article 3 of the Law "On the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums";

— inviting public and international observers to the lottery;

— preliminary notification of the media about the upcoming event.

The organization and control of the events on November 8 will be carried out by special representatives of the CEC and the chairpersons of the district election commissions.
