In district No. 2, 15 applications were submitted, of which 14 candidates were registered to participate in the elections.
The boundaries of this district encompass the following areas: the entire Kara-Bak district, the Suu-Bashinsky, Tort-Gul, Altyn-Beshik rural districts of the Batken region, as well as the cities of Aydarken and Kadamjay, including the Akturpak, Moldoniya, Birlik, Maidansky, Orozbekov, and Iskhak-Polotkhan rural districts of the Kadamjay region.

Additionally, candidates were provided with free airtime on state television channels and spaces for placing printed advertisements in state periodicals.
As part of the event, a memorandum was also signed among the candidates.
The draw was attended by the candidates themselves, their authorized representatives, media representatives, as well as public and international observers.
The early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh are scheduled for November 30, and the start of the campaign is set for November 10.
