In the 14th district, 18 applications have been submitted, and as of October 29, 8 candidates have been registered. This district has 149,154 voters, covering parts of the Nooken and Aksy districts, as well as the cities of Tash-Kumyr, Kara-Kul, and Toktogul.
The boundaries of the district include: the entire Burgondu-Dostuk rural area, the city of Shamalty-Sai in the Nooken district; the entire city of Tash-Kumyr; the entire Ak-Suu and Uch-Korgon rural areas of the Aksy district; the entire city of Kara-Kul; as well as the entire Uch-Terek, Ketmen-Dobon, E. Imanaliev, A. Suerkulov, Toluk, and Sary-Kamysh rural areas and the city of Toktogul.
