The boundaries of the district include: Osh-MTU-1, Osh-MTU-4, Osh-MTU-5, Osh-MTU-6, polling stations No. 5563 and No. 5564 in the village of Papaan (formerly the village of Papaan), Osh-MTU-Japalak, the village of Toloykon in the city of Osh, and the entire Papaan rural district of the Kara-Suu region.
