District No. 25. Names of 18 candidates who notified the Central Election Commission about their participation in the parliamentary elections

The Central Commission for Elections and Referendums has begun accepting applications from citizens wishing to participate in the extraordinary elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, scheduled for November 30, 2025.

As of October 29, 2025, the CEC has registered 18 applications from candidates in district No. 25, which covers part of Bishkek, the Issyk-Ata district, and the city of Kant. The district has 141,173 registered voters.

The boundaries of the district include: the Tunguch microdistrict, the residential areas of Ruhiy Muras, Kara-Zhyjach, MTU-406 in the Altyn-Ordo district of Bishkek, as well as the settlements of Uzun-Kyr, Jaiylma, Ak-Kuduk, Zheek, Kochkorbaev, Nurmanbetov, Ken-Bulun, Syn-Tash, and Issyk-Ata in the Issyk-Ata district, and the entire city of Kant.

Sherikulova Minara Anarbekovna, 16.12.1974, rector of the Korean Institute in Central Asia.

Alkanova Elnura Saidyrakmanova, 31.05.1992, senior analyst at the State Institution "Salyk Service" under the State Tax Service.
