In district No. 1, the CEC received 19 applications. As of November 1, 9 candidates have been registered. The number of voters in the district is 136,220 (Batken region).
The boundaries of the district include: the city of Suluktu in its entirety; the city of Razakov, as well as all rural districts — Sumbulin, Ak-Suu, Leilek, Kulundus, Jany-Jer, Ken-Tal, and Toguz-Bulak of the Leilek district; the city of Batken, as well as the Ak-Tatyr, Ak-Sai, and Samarkandek rural districts of the Batken region in their entirety.
