On November 8, the Central Election Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic conducted a lottery among registered candidates for the position of deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh. This event aimed to determine the order of inclusion of candidates in the electoral ballots for 30 districts, as well as to allocate free airtime on state television channels and in print media.
As part of the preparation for the early elections of deputies scheduled for November 30, 2025, a memorandum was signed among the election participants.
The lottery involved both registered candidates and their authorized representatives, as well as journalists and observers from public and international organizations.
The lottery procedure for multi-mandate districts is conducted after the registration of candidates is completed and before the text of the ballot is approved.
