He held positions as the director of the religious charitable foundation "Aravan Zeket" and as a representative of the "As-Safa" foundation.
Commission representatives emphasized that in accordance with part 4 of article 3 of the constitutional Law "On the elections of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh," individuals engaged in religious activities are not allowed to run for deputy for five years after ceasing their activities in this area.
