Based on the recommendations of the Working Group, which examined issues related to informing voters and the rules for conducting campaigning, a decision was made on November 3 regarding the necessity of holding B. Zhetimishov administratively liable. He has been fined 75 calculation indicators, which corresponds to Article 65 of the Code of Offenses.
Relying on the recommendations of the Working Group and based on Articles 3, 4, and 8 of the Constitutional Law "On the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums," as well as Articles 22 and 23 of the Constitutional Law "On the Elections of the President and Deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh" and Articles 65, 451, and 455 of the Code of Offenses, the CEC instructed the authorized official to draw up a protocol. B. Zhetimishov will be fined 75 calculation indicators, which is equivalent to 7500 soms.
Additionally, Zhetimishov will be informed about the procedure for appealing this decision in accordance with the current legislation of the republic.
