Furthermore, according to data from the Border Service of the State Committee for National Security dated October 22, 2025, he did not fulfill the requirement of permanent residence in Kyrgyzstan for the last five years, as he was outside the country for 260 days from March to November 2024.
According to part 11 of Article 61 of the Constitutional Law "On the Elections of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and Deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh," being on preventive registration in connection with organized crime is grounds for refusal of registration. Based on the conclusions of the working group and current legislation, the Central Election Commission decided to exclude Shailoobek Atazov from the elections in district No. 6.
