Mirlán Nurbaev submitted his application to participate in the elections; however, during the verification of his documents on November 3 and 5, 2025, facts of his long-term religious activity were revealed. He was the director of the religious charity fund "Aravan Zeket" and represented the fund "As-Safa," which became the basis for the refusal of his registration.

The working group responsible for accepting and verifying documents concluded that Nurbaev does not meet the legislative requirements for candidates for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh. In particular, paragraph 4 of article 3 of the constitutional law "On the Elections of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and Deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh" prohibits religious figures from running for office for five years after the completion of their religious activity.

Nurbaev attended the meeting of the working group on November 5, 2025, where information about his non-compliance with the requirements was announced.

As a result, based on the conclusion of the working group, the Central Election Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic denied Mirlán Nurbaev registration as a candidate for deputy in the multi-mandate district No. 5.
