The publication claimed that thanks to his initiative, residents of the village of Massy in the Nooken district were provided with electric poles.

After an inspection conducted on October 17, the Department of Internal Affairs of the Nooken district decided to refuse to initiate a criminal case, citing paragraph 2 of part 1 of article 27 of the Criminal Procedure Code due to the absence of a crime.
