In district No. 29, 20 applications were submitted, of which 13 candidates were registered. The geographical boundaries of this district encompass the city of Balykchy, as well as the Kochkor, Toguz-Toro, and Jumgal districts, where 138,152 voters reside. The district includes in full: the city of Balykchy; the rural districts of Ormon-Khan, Cholpon, Kum-Dobon, Sary-Bulak, and Kara-Suy from the Kochkor district; the rural districts of Atay, Kargalyk, and Toguz-Toro from the Toguz-Toro district; as well as the rural districts of Bayzak, Kuyruchuk-Kyzart, Jumgal, Min-Kush, Tugol-Sai, and Chayek from the Jumgal district.
The candidates registered to participate in the elections were nominated in the following order on the ballots:

Additionally, the candidates were given the opportunity to use free airtime on state television channels and print space in state publications. Subsequently, a memorandum was signed between the candidates.
The draw was attended by both the candidates themselves and authorized representatives of the registered candidates, as well as journalists and observers from public and international organizations.
The early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh are scheduled for November 30, and the campaigning will start on November 10.
