In district No. 27, 32 applications were submitted, of which 24 candidates were successfully registered. The geographical boundaries of this district encompass the city of Cholpon-Ata and entire rural districts: Toru-Aygyr-Tamchinsky, Shaiybek-Atinsky, J. Abdrakhmanov, and Sadyrakensky in the Issyk-Kul region; Karasaevsky, Issyk-Kulsky, Balbaysky, Karkyrinsky, and Tyupsky in the Tyup district; as well as Khan-Tenirsky, Karakolsky, Altyn Arashansky, and Kydyraensky in the Ak-Suu district.

Additionally, as part of the draw, free airtime was allocated for candidates on state television channels and print space in official publications. An agreement was also signed among the candidates.
Participants in the draw included both the candidates themselves and their authorized representatives, as well as media representatives and observers from public and international organizations. Early elections for deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh are scheduled for November 30, and the campaign will start on November 10.
