In district No. 30, 14 candidates are registered, while 17 applications have been submitted for participation.
The boundaries of the district encompass the city of Naryn, as well as the Ak-Talinsky, Naryn, and At-Bashinsky districts, where the number of voters is 136,756 people.

The candidates were also given the opportunity to use free airtime on state television channels and publish their materials in state-funded print publications.
Furthermore, shortly after the draw, a memorandum was signed among all participants.
The draw event was attended by the candidates themselves, their authorized representatives, media representatives, as well as observers at both local and international levels.
The early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh are scheduled for November 30, and the campaign will start on November 10.
