The number of voters on the control list is 4 million 297 thousand 40 people
The lists were prepared by the State Institution "Kyzmat," which is under the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, based on data from the Unified State Register of the Population (USRP). These lists can be found on the official state voter portal "Tizme" at: https://tizme.gov.kg/.
The CEC updates the voter lists daily in collaboration with the State Institution "Kyzmat," which is responsible for the registration and documentation of citizens, in order to maintain the relevance of the information in the USRP.
As of now, the number of registered voters in the checklist is 4 million 297 thousand 40 people, of which 2 million 82 thousand 263 are men, and 2 million 214 thousand 777 are women, which corresponds to 48.46% and 51.54% respectively.
Voter checklists in paper format will be placed at 2,492 polling stations no later than November 10, 2025.
Voters can check their inclusion in the voter list in the following ways:
- by calling the short numbers 1255 or 119;
- at the polling station;
- on the website "tizme.gov.kg";
- by sending an SMS to the number 119 with their PIN code indicated in their passport; the voter will receive information about the number and address of their polling station (calls and SMS are free).
If a voter discovers errors or inaccuracies in the list, they have the right to submit an application in electronic format until November 19, 2025 (inclusive) through the "Voter's Cabinet" service on the website "tizme.gov.kg," after authorizing in accordance with the legislation.
Citizens who do not find themselves in the list and have not undergone biometric registration can go through this procedure and update their passport data at the Public Service Centers (PSC).
