According to the commission's press service, the reason for this is a statement submitted by Abdaliev on October 30, in which he expressed his intention to participate in the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh as a self-nominated candidate in district No. 13.
According to the current election legislation, candidates are required to suspend the performance of their official duties from the moment of nomination.
“Within three calendar days, he must provide the Central Election Commission with certified copies of the relevant orders or directives. In this regard, the CEC relieved Abdaliev of his duties as a member of the commission,” the statement said.
