
The Central Election Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic has announced the voter control list ahead of the early elections for the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, scheduled for November 30, 2025.
The voter lists were formed by the State Institution "Kyzmat" under the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic based on data from the Unified State Register of the Population (USRP). The Central Election Commission has posted them on the official voter portal "Tizme" - https://tizme.gov.kg.
During the elections, the CEC of the Kyrgyz Republic will update the voter lists daily in cooperation with the State Institution "Kyzmat," which is responsible for the registration and documentation of the population, to ensure the accuracy of the information in the USRP.
The control list includes a total of 4,297,040 voters, among which 2,082,263 are men and 2,214,777 are women, accounting for 48.46% and 51.54%, respectively.
Paper versions of the control lists will be posted at 2,492 polling stations by November 10, 2025.

You can check your registration in the list in the following ways:
- by calling the short numbers 1255 or 119;
- by visiting the polling station;
- on the website "tizme.gov.kg";
- by sending an SMS to the number 119 with your PIN - personal identification number in your passport, after which the voter will receive information about their polling station (calls and SMS are free).
If you find any errors or inaccuracies, you must submit an application electronically by November 19, 2025 (inclusive) through the "Voter's Cabinet" service on the website "tizme.gov.kg," after authorizing in accordance with the legislation.
Citizens who have not undergone biometric registration and are not included in the lists can update their data at the Public Service Centers (PSC).
