According to the press service of the regional Internal Affairs Directorate, the incident occurred on November 30 in the village of Sai-Boyu, which is part of the ayil aimak named after E. Aliev. Inside the building, police officers found a silver iPhone 13 Pro Max with the inscription "Anarbaev Khamzat 359" on a concrete column. The device was connected to a power bank and was recording video towards the commission members and the ballot box.
The fact of the incident was registered at the Nooken district police department. Following the investigation, no criminal offense was identified on the part of those involved. The materials of the case were sent for disciplinary action against the members of the precinct commission. A notification was handed to the chairman of the district commission, Atabek Narmatov.
It is worth noting that according to preliminary data from the Central Election Commission, Bakyt Sydykov received 17,397 votes in this district, while his opponent Aibek Altynbekov garnered 13,477 votes.
