According to information received on November 14, 2025, during social media monitoring, experts from the Legal Support Department of the CEC identified an attempt to bribe voters, carried out by Sakkaraev with the involvement of campaigners. In response, the police initiated a pre-investigation check.
However, on November 16, a decision was made to refuse to initiate a criminal case, as no elements of a crime were established. A representative of Sakkaraev noted that after the incident, the contract with the campaigner was terminated.
As a result, the working group proposed that the CEC members issue a warning to candidate Sakkaraev, which was approved at the commission meeting.
The boundaries of constituency No. 26 fully encompass the city of Tokmok, as well as the Burani, S. Ibraimov, Birimdik, Onbir-Zhylgyn, and Chui rural districts of the Chui Region, as well as the city of Kemin, the city of Orlovka, and fully include the Kichi-Kemin, Kyzyl-Oktobyr, Chon-Kemin, and Chym-Korgon rural districts of the Kemin Region.
