As indicated in the Registry materials, on October 17, a working group responsible for informing voters and monitoring campaigning noticed a post on Facebook by user Sanjarbek Tilekov. In his post, he shared a photo of Cholpon Sultanbekova, who is running for deputy in constituency No. 2, and asked the question: "Is there no other candidate from the Kadamjai constituency?"

After an inspection conducted on October 22, the Internal Affairs Department of the Kadamjai district decided not to initiate a criminal case, citing paragraph 2 of part 1 of Article 27 of the Criminal Procedure Code, as the elements of the crime were absent.
Constituency No. 2 includes: the entire Kara-Bak, Suu-Bash, Tort-Gul, and Altyn-Beshik rural districts of the Batken region, as well as the cities of Aydarken and Kadamjai, and the entire Akturpak, Moldo-Niyaz, Birlik, Maidan, Orozbekov, and Iskhak-Polotkhan rural districts of the Kadamjai region.
