According to the data from the Register, on October 20, Nurzat Turdukulova, an active Facebook user, posted a message claiming (translated from Kyrgyz): "I heard that precinct electoral commissions (PECs), where a significant number of votes are expected, are promised apartments. Has anyone heard about this?"
To verify this information, a corresponding inquiry was sent to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
This data was registered on October 20 in the automated information system ZHU under the number 02-051-2025-060489.
As a result of the verification conducted on October 21, the Internal Affairs Department of the Pervomaisky District of Bishkek concluded that it was impossible to initiate a criminal case, citing paragraph 2 of part 1 of article 27 of the Criminal Procedure Code — due to the absence of a crime composition.
